• the parameters, characteristics and impact of each developmental period
• strategies to help a dog reach his/her genetic potential
• Nature versus nurture: the intrinsic and extrinsic influences on a puppy’s development
• puppy assessments and temperament tests. What they do and do not show.
• evaluating behavioral issues related to critical period deficiencies
• strategies to overcome deficiencies in a dog’s early environment
