Description of Seminar/Conference
	Andrew Ramsey is one of the founders of the UKC NoseWork title program. NoseWork can build confidence in a shy dog and given an active dog an appropriate and challenging outlet for its energy. NoseWork strengthens the bond between dog and handler and best of all, it is FUN! Andrew will help isolate each dog's preferred reward, regardless of what it may be, and use it to create motivation within the dog. Then he strategically and incrementally builds duration in the dog's willingness to search for their desired reward. With that accomplished, Andrew shows the dog that locating specific target odors produces their favorite reward.
