  Description of Seminar/Conference

Setting realistic goals for clients in aggression cases is crucial for success and avoiding burnout. This webinar will demonstrate how to use an objective approach by evaluating more than a dozen key factors which allows trainers and behavior consultants to set realistic expectations for clients. Discussing this prognosis, or the likely outcome in a case, allows clients to understand what true success may look like, foster participation, and systematically assess potential for outcomes such as behavior modification, management alone, re-homing, or euthanasia when applicable. Real cases with different outcomes will be presented and how the prognosis played a role in their overall success.
